“Make your own health a priority — you cannot begin to take care of others if you are not healthy yourself.”
Have a nice November!
Winter Is Coming. No, I am not a fan of GOT (game of thrones). All I mean here is that winter is the most crucial time to take care of your body.
Among the most important lessons I have learned in my life, one of the most important is that “health is the most compromisable thing for us.” We take many things over our health.
If you ask me our health should be our first priority. If you earn name, fame, money but not having good health, then what is the use of that fame or money. Good health automatically attracts love, money, fame, or whatever you need in your life.
In the November journal prompts, I will be focusing on good health (physical, mental, and spiritual).
Take a pen and paper to answer these questions. Try to understand your body and take your health to the next level.
If you have missed the previous journal prompts, you can get all of them here.
