When we talk about emotional maturity, we essentially refer to the ability to understand, reflect, nurture and manage our emotions.
Stuck in the chaos of life, we often struggle to find an emotional balance – and that tends to take a toll on our work, relationships, and health.
When we talk about an ‘Emotionally Mature’ person, we mean someone who can deal with their emotions at any given circumstance.
There are certain characteristic features by which you can define emotional maturity – such as, the urge to take responsibilities knowing the difficulties, being able to embrace failures and learning from the mistakes, being open to criticisms without breaking down, showing empathy towards others, etc.
